How to Register
To register for Zero Suicide International's 5th Summit,
please follow the step-by-step process listed below.
The Summit will take place June 24-25 at the Royal Liver Building
A welcome dinner is scheduled for June 23 at the Innside by Melia
Cost of registration is $400 USD

Step 1: Create a Cloud CME Account

To create an account visit the following site:

Next you will need to click "sign in with email an password" as shown in the image below:​

Next, click "Create New Account"

Enter in your email address that you use the most, and your desired password.

Complete all desired fields in the profile section, be sure to input your personal cell phone number in the middle section to ensure you can text your attendance on the day of a CME event (this is required for attendance/CME credits). Scroll to the bottom and save. Your account has now been created and you can officially register via the steps below.
Step 2: Register for the Summit

Once you register via the above link, you have the option to receive email confirmation and a copy of your receipt. If you have any issues please contact us at zerosuicide@hfhs.org.
Step 3: Confirm Registration Receipt

Receipt of registration can be accessed from the CME website by signing into your account and clicking "My CME" from the banner and then clicking "Registration and Receipts".​

The Zero Suicide International Summit will take place at the Royal Liver Building, one of the most recognizable landmarks in the city of Liverpool with its two fabled Liver Birds, which watch over the city and the sea. Located at the Pier Head, it overlooks the River Mersey.

Innside by Melia Liverpool
Zero Suicide International has negotiated a special room rates for attendees needing accommodations. Room Rates start at £159/night. Reservations can be made at the group rate until April 5th, or until the group blocks are sold out; whichever occurs first.

Innside by Melia is a short walk to the Royal Liver Building where the Summit will be taking place June 24-25. The Innside will also be the site of the Welcome Dinner, taking place June 23. Use the link below to visit the hotel block, no promotional code is needed.
